Biography

With over 20 years of industry experience, Rosemarie is a highly accomplished real estate professional with diverse cross-functional expertise in multi-million-dollar retail, office, industrial, R&D, and mixed-use properties. She brings exceptional negotiating skills and excels at forecasting, fiduciary responsibilities, and analytics to deliver unparalleled value and insight to every project.

Rosemarie has successfully represented a broad range of landlords, tenants, investors, and developers throughout her career with personal responsibility for assets totaling over 1.5 million square feet. As an integral part of the AJ Watt team, Rosemarie continues to adeptly identify and develop new strategies, secure tenant sales, and design profitable incentive plans for ongoing tenant retention.

Prior to AJ Watt Enterprises, Rosemarie worked as an Asset Manager for Watt Companies from 2012-2022. Previously, she worked at Westrust Ventures, and Capretta Properties.

Rosemarie enjoys travel and anything outdoors; hiking, skiing, off road bike riding and occasionally navigating the golf course!
